SHIPPING

All Eurosteam Vapor Steam Systems and Parts orders are shipped UPS.  Shipping for Parts orders under $50 is a flat fee of $10 for destinations within the continental U.S.  Parts orders over $50 will receive free shipping for destinations within the continental U.S.

RETURNS

Prior to shipping the System or a System component to any repair center for warranty service, Customer must contact Eurosteam Customer Service at 1-800-613-3874 to receive a Return Authorization number and specific instructions on how to package and ship the System to avoid further damage. The Customer Service Representative will provide instructions to drain all water from the boiler tank, pack the System in original packing material, and ensure that the System wheels are protected so as to minimize potential shipping damage to the System.

Customer is responsible for shipping charges incurred when shipping the System or a System component to an authorized repair center. Customer is responsible for a 15% restocking fee plus replacement cost for any used parts.
